Bob Potter is the managing principal of RA Potter Advisors, a marketing and sales strategy consulting practice for professional service providers. Bob spent 25 years in business development for IBM, McGraw-Hill, Dean Witter and MBIA. He has opened new markets in the U.S., Mexico, Australia and Asia.
Several years ago, he sold a successful financial services company that he co founded and started RA Potter Advisors to help other service companies win in competition. He is the author of Selling Real Estate Services: Third Party Level Secrets of Top Producers and Winning In The Invisible Market: A Guide To Selling Professional Services In Turbulent Times. He serves on the Board of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the North Bay. Bob received his B.A. degree from Santa Clara University in 1977 and his M.B.A from UC Berkeley in 1983.

Jay Gentry is an independent Managing Director at RA Potter Advisors and a Master Instructor of the Value Mining Process with over 25 years of experience defining and implementing transformational business development initiatives for dynamic companies. Jay has a unique ability to convert business development theory into measurable behavior change that service professionals find challenging but highly rewarding. Jay is also President of CCT Inc. a consulting firm that supports strategic planning, corporate culture change, new product launches and new market penetration. His clients have included Herman Miller, Dale Carnegie and Associates, Royal and Sun Alliance, American Savings Bank, and Hewlett Packard. He received a degree in Business Administration from UCL A in 1967 and did graduate work at Fuller Theological Seminary prior to entering the USAF where he was a flight instructor for five years. Jay lives with his wife in Carmel, CA.
